Background
Irena Ellis is a local Portland floral designer who believes flowers are more than just beautiful—they are expressions of intention, rooted in nature, and crafted with care. Her floral design business passionate about supporting our local community and do so by partnering with sustainable growers and artisans across Oregon. Every petal, leaf, and stem we use is carefully selected to embody both quality and artistry, honoring the natural world while bringing luxury and refinement to life’s most cherished moments.
Constraints
Irena was struggling with her brand identity, product offerings, website, email marketing, and social media. She felt very overwhelmed and did not know where to start or which direction to go. Her website was not optimized and felt outdated. Her social media was not consistent and didn't reflect any brand identity or share her brand story. She needed thought partnership and someone to make marketing manageable.
Solution
AMCONYC first established the WILD STEM Flowers brand identity and created a brand book. We wrote the brand story, mission and vision. We coined her tagline, established her color story and fonts along with the tone of voice for the brand. We then created branded templates for social and email marketing. We revamped the entire website, SEO, professional imagery, and began formulating a process for content creation ideas across all channels. We built out content into a content calendar and crafted social strategies and Marketing Campaign for particular themes centered around key periods leveraging social media, email marketing, and paid ads to create engagement and conversions.
